Fast disappearing

TSB are fast disappearing from the high street so are unable to process simple accounts effectively.

Positive but could do with more perks

my overall experience has been positive however I think that other banking apps offer better benefits such as discounted rail cards or free greggs etc.... my overall experience has been positive however I think that other banking apps offer better benefits such as discounted rail cards or free greggs etc. I use my TSB account as my main one but also use Monzo and Plum as there are perks involved.     Honestly have never had an issue when it came to customer service. Recently found I am able to cash in cheque on the app which made me very happy.
