BEWARE Terrible company, poor customer service, Don't reply to emails or telephone messages.

BEWARE, have been trying to contact WE SWAP for months, They don't reply and have direct way to call them other than leaving voice messages. They are sat on my money and I have no way of getting it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will now be going to the police to report. Reviewed on: 21st February 2022

We Swap continues to give hassle free service at low cost.

On a recent trip to New Zealand and Australia swapped Sterling to NZ Dollars for use whilst in NZ. Then sapped NZ dollars to Australian Dollars for return trip through Sydney. On arrival back in UK swapped Australian Dollars for Euro for next trip to Portugal. No hassle! Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Handy, reliable & transparent fees

I find being able to change money instantly, by setting a target rate or, to get a lower fee, in a week very handy & empowering. The card is reliable when I want to use it, when I remember to unlock it (keeping it locked is invluable for piece of mind).
