Brilliant fast no hassle service.

I had a loan that came to an end and needed another one quickly.. My new Zopa was so fast and easy to arrange. Very impressive. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Easy to set up

I used Zopa for a car loan and found it very easy to set up. I like the online account area as it is easy to see what the brake down of my payments are and how many more are still to go. Nice transparent service. No issues at all. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Good product, but expensive fees.

Excellent customer service

I have been in an unfortunate position in that I am currently struggling to pay my debts off due to a household decrease in income. Zopa have been extremely helpful in allowing me 6 months to pay a reduced rate until we can sort things out and then return to my normal no they payments. I would be seriously struggling if they were not so helpful and for that I am grateful. They were very quick to deal with and have had 1 to 1 direct contact whilst sorting out the arrangements. Excellent

I would recommend zopa because good rates, not like some banks charge and also because of there excellent all round service. I recommended zopa to a friend and they helped when there bank wouldn't. I will not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Zopa Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Brilliant and Very Supportive

One word, amazing

Zoos have never failed to help me when I have needed that little extra for a car or home improvement. Within seconds I get a response and if I have ever needed to call customer service their staff are lovely,. Friendly and always willing to go out of their way to assist.
