Getting your money is by using the phone , staff are very friendly . In the post office using a paper card to pay in often gets torn and ripped they seriously need to change how people pay in and take out there money.. other than that a great service.

I have been with them many years and have had few problems , they are a building society and not a bank , but act like a bank when its suits them. Getting things done like a direct debit or a new card can be a problem every time its not as easy as they make out. you have to have time to wait in the que to see the manager or some one in charge.
