On Line Banking Experience

Use Tesco Bank for savings only as their rates are competitive and suit my requirements in the current financial environment, prefer to carry out all my business on line. Have found that it is not possible to fully manage my accounts on line, have recently resorted to written communication which is never acknowledged despite requesting so, usually have to resort to telephone contact in the end to complete my business. Telephone contact, Glasgow based, is not bad after an initial short wait and going through all the necessary security, it's just that I prefer not to have to use this method and believe that with on line banking this should not be required as per many other providers.
