I ended up with Santander because I had the mortgage when I was married. Trying to extend my leasehold, they demanded I use their lawyer and pay for theirs and mine as well. Customer service sucks. I would really spend more to get more elsewhere. BEWARE. Reviewed on: 12th December 2018
