As a person who’s not very technical the Chase APP is so easy to use. The 1% you receive for spending and savings rates are excellent. Customer service is spot on and any issues get resolved quickly. I’m very happy with my Chase account

My husband and I have both taken out fixed rate savings with Virgin and have reinvested with them year after year. They rates are very good and they have excellent customer service.
