Been with natwest from birth in 1990. I have never benifited from them.
I have a business account with them, which i hated, charges to high never benifited from it.
Recently starting from a scam i fell for you cant speak to anyone fraud team un helpful. Put on hold for too long i.e 57mins and 47 mins for me to hang up they just dont awnser. Even though im told my call was prority and first in que, 'rubbish' lie!. From transfered from customer services etc.
I want to leave them now, switch taking too long.
