Any issue? No worries support will reply sometime even late in the evening. If they can't fix it be assure it will be in their pipeline for the coming weeks.
Great experience I tried many different account management tool and none of them pleased me as much as Emma
Emma keep updating users on what's coming next or if there is an ongoing issue. They also listen to feedback and try to implement them ASAP if they make sense.
