We switched from a typical high street bank and we are glad we did as they have been incredible from the start with our banking cards etc arriving within 24 hours.
One small niggle is that everything is geared to tablet / phone banking which is great but using a laptop means it has to be authorised from a tablet / phone which is a bit inconvient but this is a very small grumble and we are really glad we made the change.
We also get to use our local post office which is more convient and better for the local community for our counter service.
