The account is great for the reward and other benefits, all of which get used across the year. However, how I manage the account is via the mobile banking app. This is fantastic and really saves me so much time. Logging on it quick and doing regular payments are done in a few seconds. I even opened a savings account on Christmas day in less than 30 seconds using it!
