I Find it really easy to use the services provided by RBS. I use the Mobile App more than anything else as I can do most things with it. I opened up a select account on the phone and then from there I opened a Savings builder through the app in 5 minuets and have a standing order coming out too. Its been great to see my pending transactions now too as it helps me keep on top on my finances.
