Great bank account with excellent customer service

I've been with HSBC for over 20 years and I can not fault the service provided at all. My current bank account is easy to use and I am very happy, I've also had a loan and our mortgage is with them. When I was a victim of fraud a couple of years ago HSBC alerted me before I even knew about it (someone had cloned my card and was using it in America) HSBC carried out a full investigation quickly and refunded me the missing money straight away.
