I have been using Starling for over a year now and what I really like is visibility of payments that will go out of my account in the next few days. I didn't even realise this was possible.
I also like being able to hold a Euro account so I don't need a separate currecncy card for Europe any longer.

Unlike some of its competitors, Zopa has a website that is clear and easy to understand. The interest rates are some of the best around too.

Dreadful app and no way to manage account on the web

You can only access your account using the mobile app which is very badly designed. Simple tasks take ages. There is no messaging service only a very slow online chat which is inefficient for customers and their staff. I have used hundreds of apps, and this is not a good one. It used to be worth struggling with it when Atom offered products with good interest rates but since they don't do that any longer my advice is to avoid.
