Was much better when I first signed up as you got automatic cashback when you spent, and the joy of it was that you didn't have to think about it. Now you have to buy giftcards for most cashback so not as convenient

My experience with Natwest has always been seamless. The app is the easiest to use than any banking app I've used before, and I have always had prompt and helpful answers to any queries I've had. Would thoroughly recommend this bank

This app helps you save without even noticing! I love it and it means i often have a little cushion of money for those unexpected expenses. It's AI algorithm means that it only takes what you can afford, and the saves are easy to cancel, so I never have to worry about going overdrawn in my bank account.

This app makes it so much easier to plan finances for the month - the pots make it easy to stash money away and the coin jar that saves loose change by always rounding up to the nearest pound is fantastic. I use it as a budgeting tool alongside my normal bank account - I keep money in my bank for direct debits and transfer my disposable money for the month into my Monzo - this means I know I'm not overspending. The instant alerts when money is pent means I can always see what's in my Monzo account, and the app is so simple and easy to use.
