If there was less than 1 star I would leave it. In November I deposited £10,000 into a fixed saver for 2 years, after several time of calling I have received nothing to say I have deposited the money. When I have spoken to people they have assured me I will receive documentation soon, we are now in February. I have set up a 2 year fixed saver however they tell me it is down as 1 year but it will be changed and backdated to November. I have asked to speak to Managers, nothing. Hopefully when this is read someone will pull there finger out and do something about it. I am seriously concerned about my money.
