Auto renewed after cancelling auto renew! and took my money anyway!!

I am fuming! They have taken 565GBP WITHOUT my consent. Firstly their website didnt find my address when I bought the policy in 2018, so I had to phone and speak to an advisor. When I moved house, it was seamless. When I changed my car, again, it was easy to do so. But to try and cancel the auto renew! What a joke! I tried to phone 3 times, no answers, I then contacted Linson via Live Chat and explained what I wanted to do. He accepted that I had cancelled the auto renew. But a few days after the due date, I contacted for my NCB. I logged in to find a new policy started in 2019 and that 565gbp was taken from my bank account. I phoned up, apparently I had asked to cancel THE auto renew, not to cancel ON auto renew!! I did exactly what the website tells you to do to not auto renew! I phoned up to cancel this policy as I had not authorised it, and to get a refund. I was told 4-5 working days for the money to be back in my account. 1 week later and I phone to see where it is.. its not been processed and will be in my bank account in 4-5 working days!! What an absolute joke! I asked for a manager and to be escalated. They said they might be able to do an electronic funds transfer.. WHY cant they do that to begin with!?
