Run away from this bank! Closed my account and kept part of my money!

Natwest approved my account opening in the middle of february. One week later it locked my account (with approx £1500 in) without even notifying me. After calling TWICE and being told that THEY DONT KNOW the reasons why my account has been closed, but I have been sent a letter, I finally get that letter. It tells me that my account has been closed, again, for reasons they won't tell me. So I had to go personally to a branch to take my money out. However, to my surprise they didn't give me all my money back, but charged me service fees for the week my account spent opened. Time where I couldn't access my account because I didn't have the right credentials. So, two weeks after trying to open my account, I am left with wasted time and LESS money, kept by this bank for whatever reasons. I wonder how many people they have scammed by doing this.
