If i could give a zero i would. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING... spoke to someone saying my car was broken down and at the garage so they couldnt work on my littlebox as i didnt have the car. They have now increased my insurance...an excess of just over £200... i dont know where they expect me to get this money from as i bought a car from a dealer that was faulty...been at garage for 4mnths and i told them this. Now they are saying because i spoke to the engineers i should have spoken to them too. But they are YOUR engineers!!! You asked them to call me.
Soo upsetting as i have spent ao much already and paid insurance for 4mnths whilst car was at garage. What you are doing and have done is so wrong on so many levels Admiral..so wrong.
