My savings account was set up last month, and I've had very prompt and effective communications. I was recently unable to access my online account, and when I contacted the Society, they were able to resolve the issue swiftly and without any delays.

Until the Policy Expert quote came up on a comparison site I thought they were an aggregator rather than a provider themselves!
Was really pleased with the level of cover for the policy premium. Hopefully their retention programme is just as appealing in a years time!
