When I needed to claim for some emergency vet fees Aviva didn't feel to be as friendly and helpful as they could have been. Of course people have off days, so my review may not be a reflection of all the agents they have/on all days. On the whole, it was simple to buy, and my claim was resolved after a few calls.

I can't rave enough about how clever the 123 current account is. There is a 2 pound monthly fee, but this is more than made up for by the better savings rate on offer and cashback on household bills makes it really clever...cash back on bills is a nice feeling.
