Dreadful customer service

Took out a policy, a few months later we changed the date of our wedding so we wanted to update the policy to reflect the new date. Several emails, 4 phone calls later and we have still not managed to do it! The customer service team haven’t got a clue - do not waste your time and money taking out a policy with these people. They can’t even change 1 simple thing let - imagine having to make a claim. Reviewed on: 16th March 2019
