terrible service and under-trained staff

I'm being polite. Metrobank messed up a card dispute, took hours of my time (it was £30, how ridiculous) and changed their mind at every stage. Then when I complained first they agreed, then they changed their minds. I used to recommend them to everyone, now I'm going to do the opposite. I moved all my banking away from them, they didn't try to stop me even though I said I didn't really want to move, I wanted to fix it. They don't care if they lose you as a customer......fact.
