Chase is so easy to use, I get notifications of everything going in and out of my account. I get cashback on my day to day spending which helps in the current times, and they have great savings accounts too. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great value kids account which helps them learn to manage money

HyperJar offer a free kids account that really helps them to manage money. They can see their balance and get updates in real time, then spend this in store or online. My daughter loves to get her card out and says it makes her feel really grown up! Reviewed on: 29th March 2022

Poor service, didn't get back in touch when promised

I looked at remortgaging with L&C as I was on my lenders SVR. They asked for all the details as you'd expect and arranged a time to call me back - no call came. Received an email a couple of weeks later asking when would be best to call. Gave my availability but heard nothing. Finally got an email asking if I still wanted to use them - told them where to go.
