L&G have a lovely little app which help you work out how much your possessions are worth. But it does not warn you that there is a maximum amount on their normal insurance. Nor does it allow you to save your figures even though there is a save button. So you can spend some time on their site and end up not using them.

was a little disappointed that after 15 years of never going overdrawn I was refused an overdraft. But it is a bank that doesn't fuss, doesn't send you un-necessary emails or post, doesn't charge for current account and seems to keep on top of security.

Real people answer the phone, they are helpful and efficient. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that I had to provide information from 2 years ago when I was insured with Chaucer - it is the same company, they must have it in their files.
