My partner had insurance with the AA til July 2017, they cancelled with no warning and my partner had her car taken by police on Boxing Day... is now having to pay to get car out of lock up plus her insurance is now sky high, we are taking further with ombudsman.. avoid them, there are plenty out there... they were no help and clearly wriggled out of it, wrong address on policy too, clearly admin errors on their part, pile of rubbish, will never recommend !!
