Being as forgetful as I am, it has been suprising that santander still refer to me as a good customer. The number of times I have forgotten one of my passwords and have had to call them up for a reset is beyond belief. I've lost count of the number times it has happened but they are always understanding and very helpful. Just a shame they have no work around for my forgetful nature.
