The online site is easy to use. Payments are even over the term unlike some providers where you just cover interest and then get a huge shock in the final payment. They are flexible and you may get an offer to make an interest only payment if you are having a hard month.
Any times that I have needed to phone, they have been exceptionally friendly and provided full time explanations that are easy to understand, and above all they listen.
