On the occasions i have had to contact customer service it has been a pleasure, you are not rushed, everyone is polite, everything is so well explained you are made comfortable and they will not finish unless all ok with you such a great company to deal with

The application for a loan is very easy to do, straight and nothing hidden as they are transparent. Once you are approved the payment is made and received in your account at a satisfactory speed. The continuous care and attention when you have to call is very good, highly recommend them
