Surprisingly different

Feel valued. Great renewal quote. No nonsense approach. No hard sell. No sneaky auto-renew. Great unobtrusive service. Couldn't really ask for more. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Surprisingly Different

I usually renew with a different supplier but unlike virtually all others, Bedford gave me a very competitive quote for my 2nd year and coupled with their no nonsense approach and good service, I gladly accepted. It's nice to have someone appreciate your custom. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Very good all round

I chose Admiral for home and contents insurance after they came out top in two comparison websites. The on-line purchase was simple with easy to understand questions and a minimum of fuss. The premium was very competitive and the package suited my needs exactly. Cover was instant and the documents provided promptly. I have since not been spammed with offers or 3rd party introductions. Overall I am very happy and would freely recommend. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Much Improved from Virgin

I opened a 1 Year Virgin Fixed Rate E-ISA Issue 109 online with Virgin Money. The account was very competitive and suited my needs exactly. The online application process was swift and easy to do. The account was set up straight away and with minimum fuss. I had reason shortly afterwards to ask a question of their support team, the call was answered quickly and the enquiry dealt with quickly and professionally. I have had problems in the past with other parts of the Virgin business and I had some early reservations about dealing with them again but I have to say, Virgin Money got it spot on and have greatly redeemed themselves. Please keep it up! Reviewed on: 13th August 2015

A really good experience and time well spent

I switched to Yorkshire Bank's Current Account Direct which promised 2% AER (1.98% gross p.a. variable) on your credit balances up to £3,000. I used their switching service. It took about 25 minutes and within a few days I was up and running and with a nice £150 bonus in my new account to boot. All my direct debits, standing orders and payees transferred across and everything went perfectly. The best 25 minutes spent this year! The only small drawback was that although the account can be managed online, it had to be set up in branch. There was a branch within 10 minutes walk so it was no problems and it was nice for once to speak to a human being. Reviewed on: 13th August 2015
