When I've had dealings in branch I just can't rely much on the staff for following through on actions they've promised. All the online services are great though. It's just the branch staff are a bit meh.

I use the website a lot because it's great. I also have the app but it totally fails to deliver. It just won't connect with any of my accounts that I've registered online.

Moneyfarm is such a great tool for entry level investors like myself who don't have huge amounts of money yet saved. It's a way of building up a portfolio at very low cost.

Moneyhub has been instrumental in helping me get on top of my finances. By getting all my accounts in the one place it made it so much easier to figure out how much I was spending each month and identifying where I could cut back and save. So far I've managed to save an extra £200 per month.
