Updating policy

Tried to inform Sainsburys car insurance that I, as a named driver, had picked up a 3 point penalty for speeding - awful experience. The representative was hugely unhelpful, stalled at every possible opportunity and charged us for doing the right thing. He "waived" the admin fee, but then charged us for changing the details on the policy - is that not admin? He then asked for the cars mileage - surely this is completely irrelevant to the purpose of the call. The Sainsbury's representative was disgraceful - will never use them again.
