Customer services hung up on me three times when cancelling policy

Appalling customer service. I have had a boiler service appt cancelled and moved.... then on the 2nd appt they called 45 minutes before the end of the 5-hr morning appt slot to say he was "off sick" and couldnt come out.... then on the 3rd appt it was a complete no-show, no calls, nothing. Phoned the main number to cancel poilcy and calls "dropped" when making the complaint. Really upset and angry as they've taken my money, cost me 2 half-days pay and now not bothering to provide customer service. Reviewed on: 25th April 2023

Finally I've got a grip on budgeting and my finances!

I use the main PC YNAB software and have now finally got my finances under control and know where my money disappears to! It's helping (over time) to clear my credit card balances and to also set aside money for defined items (like annual insurance and car maintenance items etc). Easy to use, and powerful too (I'm learning how to do new things with it all the time!}. Reviewed on: 18th January 2017

Tracking transactions and checking for fraud

Moneyhub has been absolutely necessary to track transactions and balances for me after opening many current accounts and credit cards to get the best rates! Now I can track transactions and keep an eye out for any that i haven't made easily and quickly. Reviewed on: 18th January 2017
