I was a bit slow to tue Monzo crew but I haven't looked back. Simple to set up. Finally, real time transactions! Use your card and get an instant notification on the mobile app. Great if you travel as no charge to use the card abroad. Plus you can take out £200 in cash a month at the best exchange rate. You can different money pots to seperate your spending money or savings. The future of banking!

Had a non fault accident with the 3rd party claiming I was at fault. All the evidence (especially the damage to both cars and the fact that 3rd party admitted to being in the wrong lane) pointed at it not being my fault. Diamond didn't argue my case and it ended up 50/50. Will not use again.

Recently switched from Barclays. All my direct debits and standing orders were moved with no issues. Online access is quite easy too. Shame the interest rates dropped so much.
