Their website will not permit a husband to pay for his spouse' policy (that is dumb beyond belief) but God forbid you have to actually speak to one of their customer service monkeys who wrote the book on arrogant rudeness...

Absolute shysters - only seem to exist in order to fleece their customers with huge penalties. Like £55 to change 20 years NCB (which is impossible to prove because we are compelled to switch supplier every year) to 9 years NCB which my last insurer, in common with the vast majority of the industry guaranteed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE and find a reputable source. Which these charlatans are not!
