I took my insurance out with this company over a month ago and after the 2 week cooling off period (once they’d taken all of the money) they suddenly started asking for a ridiculous number of different documents which I haven’t had to provide to any other insurance company in the past. In the end they told me they were cancelling my insurance as I had not provided the correct documents. They then tried to charge me £100 for cancelling (2 days after the cooling off period). After negotiating with the manager they agreed to waive the £100 commission. After receiving my refund a month later, it becomes clear that they had in fact charged me a total of £150 to cancel!
