Can only assume that the negative reviews on the site were written when the app was experiencing problems or still had issues that needed ironing out.
I opened an account and made a deposit today in the space of half an hour from downloading the app to making the deposit.
The app was a complete pleasure to use, all info clear and straightforward, and the 3 security steps (passcode, face recognition, voice recognition) plus clear reminders as to where on the app all my account info is saved, put my mind at rest about using a phone app for a savings account (something I had never done previously)
All in all, so far so good
