I've had this bank account for almost 10 years now and I have never had a problem.
Customer services have always been helpful and I've always had a quick response when applying for an overdraft.

When it was time to renew the insurance cost had gone up by £10 a month, which was about a 30% increase!
As I had not made a claim I rang up to see if I could get a better deal. The customer service agent was polite, friendly and really helpful. They checked my account and gave me a loyalty discount and discussed ways in which I could reduce the cost further.
