I have held a Nationwide Current Account for nearly 13 years and would not consider going back to the major banks. Customer service is usually good and there has always been a willingness to resolve any problems promptly. I only wish I could get more people to switch so I could claim the £100 ;-)

Very pleased with the service and interest rate I have on my credit card. I have had problems with other providers but not Virgin and am very happy to remain a customer.
