Absolutely bloody awful, I’d rather risk public transport than ever deal with this bloody company again. Shocking and EXTREMELY RUDE customer service. I was off sick after a major operation, called to get some advice and was met with “well if you can’t afford the insurance perhaps you should return to work” most disgusting service I have ever received. Went online to check my policy and it said paid in full, got an email a week later to say it wasn’t paid, hit with a late fee and expected to pay it. Don’t ever use this company. Run a mile.
Also changed my address from a PUBLIC car park to a PRIVATE driveway and they put up my insurance because it was “MORE DANGEROUS” actual jokers.
