My bank card was damaged, so I went into a branch. Was immediately seen to by a staff member who tried to pass me off to one of their many machines. I explained my predicament, and was thankfully directed to a real person to deal with. Very friendly and helpful service by the cashier, and my new bank card arrived 2 days later.
