Great customer service & easy to use website

I have a Virgin money credit card and love how easy it is to manage the card online, the site is easy to navigate and i can clearly see everything I need to and also make payments as and when I want to. Plus when I've needed to contact customer services they have always been quick to answer and also been very helpful Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Great Customer Service!

I needed to contact Virgin Money about a query, and was able to be connected to an advisor very quickly. The advisor was super-friendly and ever so helpful. It was a great experience. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017
