Easy to use savings account and simple to set up from your online banking. Simple to transfer money from your main account and put a little money away. Recommended.

The Santander Mortgage customer service team are very well trained, polite and understanding of your circumstances. I would recommend getting a mortgage with them to anybody!

The Co-op bank current account offer a no frills bank account and their customer service and internet banking are easy to use!

The Co-Operative Bank may be one of the smaller companies out there to bank with but with all the usual features and fantastic customer service, I would recommend them to everybody. And they don't hassle or trick you into taking out credit you neither need nor asked for!
