Wanted an ISA for this tax year. Found the process to be rather slow as they wanted to see ID and this took some time to be processed even though I gave it to them promptly. Their rates are good but their service needs to be improved

You dont go in the draw immediately - you have to hold for a full calendar month which is disappointing. So far I have has a few small wins of £25 each and I live in hope of something bigger. Have the security though that my money is safe

Cant beat their 5% interest rate on credit balance and another 5% on contactless payments. Dont find the staff to be as helpful and professional as other companies but I dont visit that often so is not really a problem

applied for this when they were offering a £20 gift card for taking out. Handy card with a good credit limit and gives cashback in marks vouchers

Tried all the comparison sites and separately did Aviva and DirectLine as they dont appear on them. Direct Line gave the cheapest quote. it was quick and easy to buy Insurance and the documents were received within a few days

Have had this account for 1 year. It is great if you keep £5000 in it as it pays 4% and I also get a free magazine each month. having the account also lets me open a monthly saver also paying 4%
