I like using the Nationwide app as I find it quick, easy and reliable. I have it linked to my PayPal and savings account and find I can transfer income to help me achieve my savings goals.

I worry for the jobs of banking staff. I now avoid going into the bank as I hate being asked questions. The staff I assume have targets for selling bank products and services but I hate it. I have switched to online banking.
