I have had an Silver account with Lloyds Bank for the past 10 years and to say that my experience has always been wonderful is an understatement, from the customer service staff to the call centre and the layout of the branch.. everything is fantastic.

When I opened a current account with Metro I was impressed that I could receive the card and pin there and then to be able to use, so I didn't need to wait around, however online banking was not so easy and helpful. I had to make several phone calls and went to the Metro Branch 5 times to get my online banking up and running. I understand they may had issues but the Head Office was not helpful as it was not very efficient of a bank to not be able to set up online banking
