Brilliant if you want on-line access to your policy

I like to add my son to the policy occasionally when he comes to visit for a few days and then take him back off again. With the on-line access I can do this myself so there are no administration fees and so I am only charged a pro-rata fee which works out quite reasonable.

Whenever I visit the branch there is alway someone to welcome me and help me with my queries if I have a problem or question. Despite there being just one counter, the staff on the floor are able to assist on their ipads or direct me to an advisor.

I find my on-line account easy to use and convenient. If I have any problems I can message Barclay's via my account and I will receive a helpful reply within a day. Similarly my Barclay's phone app is easy to use and convenient on the go. And if I have time to visit a branch they always so helpful.

This Insurer is good for people who like to be able to deal with their policy on-line. If you want to make changes you can do them yourself on-line and you will get confirmation of the cost before you decide to go ahead. Because it is an on-line policy there are no administration fees which usually cost £25 or more. So I think this is great! You can only contact the company by email, so if you like to speak to your insurer on the phone this policy would not suit you.

I have been visiting my local branch of Barclays in Witney, Oxfordshire since 1979. Over that time I have seen the branch change with regard to size, services and number of staff. I can honestly say that no matter what the changes, the staff there have been, and are, always helpful and understanding.
