Just switched to TSB, never been with them b4, was looking for a trust worthy bank after the likes of HSBC. I'd like to see a few more branches and cash point to pay in with would be nice. Had a mortgage advice talk and very disappointed with that process....

Had a joint mortgage and two names on property deeds. HSBC always told me to confirm with other account holder when making changes. Now I find my ex wife was able to make any changes she wanted with my knowledge.
