They cancel your insurance without notification (a few days after taking my money!) and I'm pretty sure this is illegal. When asking why it was cancelled the response was 'You didn't return the welcome pack' (Which I never received to begin with). Would definately not reccomend, as waste of money which I didn't even get back (not to mention I have a baby on the way, so much needed money...) Customer services were rude on the phone and didn't know how to answer my questions just with 'umms'... Also, by the time you pay the deposit etc. you may as well go without a telematics box. The company's way of reviewing your driving is useless... They keep tabs on where and when you go out. I have been with other telematics companies that do not do this. I recommend you go elsewhere for insurance to save future hassel.
