This was supposed to be a straightforward and a simple system. Pay money it - see it arrive in the account, make payment, see the transaction... and so on.
For SEVERAL weeks now it has NOT been possible to see the transactions - Repeated emails and complaints have made no difference.
Why can they not fix this simple glitch??
Why is this important? Because I am allowing a young person to manage their funds and keeping an eye of their expenditure.... After all that is what this card is for - Is it not?
